The Funnel One app for Slack lets you DM it or @-mention it in a thread. It answers from your funnel and acts with your own Funnel One permissions, never wider ones. AI teammates reply by name. Approvals and notifications reach you in Slack. We're building it now, and each capability below says when it ships.

Funnel One is a GTM platform for running B2B funnels under one governance. Slack becomes one more place to work that funnel, under the same rules as the app.

  • One install per workspace

    An admin adds Funnel One to Slack once. One Slack workspace connects to exactly one Funnel One workspace.

  • Your own account link

    Coming soon

    Each person links their Slack account to their own Funnel One account. A matching email address never links anyone on its own.

  • DMs and the AI side panel

    DM Funnel One, or open it in Slack's AI side panel. The conversation also appears in your Funnel One Desk.

  • Answers in the thread

    @-mention Funnel One in a channel thread and it answers in that thread.

Permissions

Your permissions, not the bot's

Slack is another door to the same rules, not a wider one. A person, an automation or an AI teammate gets the same answer.

  • Your permissions, checked every time

    Funnel One acts with your own Funnel One permissions and re-checks them on every message. Remove a member or lower a role, and it applies from the next message.

  • Approvals stay with the approver

    Only the person an approval is assigned to can approve it in Slack, after a permission check. Destructive, security and large-cost actions open Funnel One instead.

AI disclosure

How the AI works, and where your data goes

Accuracy
Answers are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check anything important before you act on it.
Model
Anthropic's Claude, called directly through Anthropic's commercial API.
Training
Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models.
Improvement
Slack conversations are never sampled or used to improve AI teammates.
Retention

Tenancy
Each Slack workspace is bound to one Funnel One workspace, and its data stays inside that workspace's boundary.
