Capture

Everything that arrives lands under the same rules.

Funnel One is a GTM platform for running a B2B funnel under one set of rules, from first touch to closed-won. Capture is the door. A form submission, a booked meeting, a routing decision, a clock on a stage entry and the stage rules themselves are one configuration, written in one place. Change what a stage requires and every path into it changes with it.

A lead from a form, a booked meeting, a record routed to a rep and a record moved between stages are all governed by the same configuration, written in the same place. This is where most stacks have four tools, four admins and four ideas about who owns what — and where the person in the middle spends most of their week.

Forms & booking

Build a form or a booking page, embed it, and the record it creates is a real record from the first field. Availability comes from the owner’s connected calendar with buffers and daily limits respected, enrichment can run while the visitor is still on the page, and a submission that fails your qualification rules is handled by rule rather than by whoever notices.

Routing

Route by region and size, with the most specific rule winning and a catch-all beneath it. A pool is an ordered list of reps with per-rep weights, so someone can carry three slots and someone else one. Capacity caps stop a rep being buried, and an overflow policy says where the record goes instead — a fallback pool, after a number of days you set.

SLA policies

Put a clock on a stage entry or a transition. The deadline is computed in the owner’s working hours rather than wall time, so a Friday-evening arrival is not overdue by Saturday morning. Clocks read healthy, approaching or overdue on the record and on the task card. SLA events are recorded rather than refused — they tell you, they do not block.

Stage rules

The rulebook itself. Per stage: entered manually or automatically, an ordered list of what must be filled first, conditions that can reach a related contact, and a reason required from your list before a record can be closed lost or disqualified. One switch turns off backward moves for the whole org.

Capture

A funnel gets its data quality at the door, or it never gets it.

Four tools with four admins produce four answers to “what does this record need before it counts”. One configuration produces one answer, and it holds whether the record arrived through a form, got routed to a rep, or was dragged across a board.
