Funnel One is a GTM platform for running a B2B funnel under one set of rules, from first touch to closed-won. Engage is the work: motions drawn on a canvas, sales email from the rep’s own mailbox, calls with a recording and a transcript, and sequences that branch on what actually happened. Every node that produces work produces it for a named owner, and every send is stamped with the variant that produced it.
A motion is a graph, not a list of steps: branches, waits, splits, approvals and handoffs between sequences. Every node that produces work produces it for a specific owner, human or AI, and every send, call and task is stamped with which variant of the motion produced it — which is what makes the loop in move four possible.

Build the flow on a canvas: email, call, task, branch, wait, A/B split, approval, tag, notify, hand off to another sequence. Copy and paste a whole branch. It saves as you work. What you draw is what runs — the canvas is the definition, not a picture of one.

Sales email sends from the rep’s own connected Gmail mailbox. Replies land in their inbox and thread properly, because it is their inbox. Before every send, two checks: the suppression list, then the mailbox’s own daily limit, reserved atomically so two motions cannot spend the same slot. Marketing email is a separate automated path, from a sending domain your org has verified.

Calling
A human dialer in the browser and AI voice calls, both on numbers provisioned for you. Every call gets a recording and a transcript in the same review panel, whoever placed it. Recording consent is decided per call from the dialled number’s area code, and a recording made into an all-party-consent state is discarded rather than stored. The call attaches to the record like anything else, not parked in a phone system.

Sequences & nurture
A contact enrols once. From there it progresses through the graph — waits, branches on what actually happened, terminal outcomes that mean something: completed, unsubscribed, bounced, handed off hot. Steps that need a person become tasks on that person’s board, with the SLA clock already running.
