Find is how companies get in: market search, an enrichment waterfall, signals mapped from raw events, and imports that resolve to one identity. Search a company and people database by the filters you actually use — size, geography, technology, role — and see, on the results themselves, which ones you already hold and which are net new. What you import lands as companies and contacts in the funnel, not as a separate list you later reconcile.

Enrichment waterfall
Providers are tried in the order you configure. The first one that answers wins. Every field that lands carries its provenance, so “where did this employee count come from” has an answer rather than a shrug. A reverse lookup goes the other way and turns an email address into the person and the company behind it.

Raw events come in from collectors. You map them to the business moves you care about — one to one, or several events to one signal — and those signals feed scoring and stage movement. A signal type you have stopped caring about can be retired for your org. Not for anyone else’s.

Import & identity
A large CSV imports in a single pass: upload, a staged plan, a sampled preview, then the write. Stop it mid-run from Settings and it resumes rather than restarts. Underneath all of it sits one identity model, so a submitted alias resolves to the real company and acme.io and acme.com do not become two accounts you later merge by hand.
